Performance Through People Celebrate Apprentice Graduates

Jul 16, 2026 | General

Apprentices from across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent were recognised for their dedication and achievements at the Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent Graduation 2026, a celebration of the hard work and commitment shown by learners throughout their apprenticeship journeys.

The event brought together graduates from a diverse range of apprenticeship programmes, including Dental Nursing, Customer Service and Business Administration, to mark a significant milestone in their careers. Family members, employers and training staff joined in celebrating the successes of learners who have balanced workplace responsibilities with professional development to achieve their qualifications.

Representing Performance Through People (PTP) at the ceremony were tutors Harjit Sidhu, Leanne Malpass, David Price, Sue Shallcross and Helen Dickson, who were proud to support their apprentices and celebrate the culmination of months of hard work and determination.

The graduation ceremony highlighted the positive impact apprenticeships continue to have on individuals and businesses across the region. For many learners, graduation marks not only the completion of a qualification but also the beginning of new career opportunities and professional growth.

The event also provided an opportunity to recognise the employers who have supported their apprentices throughout their learning journeys. Their commitment to developing skills and investing in talent has played a vital role in helping learners achieve their goals and progress within their chosen industries.

As the Class of 2026 celebrated this important achievement, the occasion served as a reminder of the dedication, resilience and ambition demonstrated by apprentices across the region.

Performance Through People congratulates all graduates on their success and wishes them every success in the next stage of their careers. Their achievements are an inspiration to future apprentices and a testament to the value of apprenticeship programmes in developing the workforce of tomorrow.
