Performance Through People Celebrates Finalists at the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards 2026

Performance Through People is proud to announce that learners, employer partners, and the organisation itself have been named finalists in the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards 2026, recognising excellence, achievement, and commitment to diversity across the apprenticeship sector.

The prestigious awards celebrate outstanding apprentices, employers, and training providers who are helping to create more inclusive workplaces and demonstrating the positive impact apprenticeships have on individuals, businesses, and communities.

This year, PTP is delighted to have three apprentice finalists shortlisted for their dedication, achievements, and commitment to their apprenticeship journeys, including:

  • Karem Violeta Garcia McIntosh
  • Rianne Richards-Wickham
  • A third PTP apprentice finalist

Being recognised as finalists is a fantastic achievement and reflects the hard work, determination, and positive contributions these learners have made within their workplaces.

PTP is also proud to see two valued employer partners shortlisted as finalists in the SME Employer of the Year category:

  • Longton Dental Care
  • Bloxwich Dental Care

Both organisations have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to developing talent through apprenticeships, providing opportunities for individuals to gain valuable skills, knowledge, and experience while supporting business growth.

Adding to the celebrations, Performance Through People has been shortlisted for Training Provider of the Year, recognising the organisation’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality apprenticeship programmes and supporting both learners and employers to achieve success.

The multiple finalist nominations highlight the strength of the partnerships between PTP, its learners, and employer partners. Together, they are helping to break down barriers, champion diversity, and showcase the life-changing opportunities apprenticeships can provide.

The winners will be announced at the Multicultural Apprenticeship Awards 2026, taking place on Friday 6 November 2026 at The Vox, Resorts World, Birmingham. The event will bring together apprentices, employers, ambassadors, and training providers from across the country to celebrate achievements and recognise excellence within the apprenticeship community.

Everyone at PTP would like to congratulate all of our finalists on this remarkable achievement. We are incredibly proud of your success and look forward to celebrating alongside you in November.

Good luck to Karem, Rianne, our fellow apprentice finalist, Longton Dental Care, Bloxwich Dental Care, and all those shortlisted at this year’s awards. We’re honoured to be sharing this journey with you and wish every finalist the very best of luck.
