Performance Through People are celebrating the success of Ethan Inscoe, a learner on the Business Administration Path2Apprenticeships (P2A) programme in Walsall, who secured an apprenticeship role in a remarkable timeframe.
During his time on the P2A programme, Ethan took part in mock interviews delivered by Performance Through People’s Search and Select recruitment team. These sessions are designed to help learners build confidence, professionalism and strong interview skills, and Ethan quickly stood out with his enthusiasm and potential.
Following the mock interview process, Ethan was referred to one of Performance Through People’s recruiting employers who were seeking an apprentice. After a successful interview, he was offered the role of Apprentice Associate Manager, securing the position in less than 24 hours.
Ethan’s success highlights the impact of the Path2Apprenticeships programme, which supports learners to develop practical skills, confidence and employability readiness as they move towards meaningful employment.
