Celebrating Apprentice Success at PTP Training

At Performance Through People, our purpose has always been clear: to help individuals and organisations grow through high-quality learning and development. Our 2024 – 2025 apprenticeship achievement outcomes are a powerful reflection of that commitment – and we are proud to share results that place us well above the national benchmark.

This year’s results highlight exceptional achievement across several apprenticeship standards, with particularly strong performance in our top five programmes:

  • Supply Chain Warehouse Operative – 92.3%
  • Lean Manufacturing Operative – 88.9%
  • Customer Service Practitioner – 88.9%
  • Business Administration – 87.8%
  • Learning and Development Practitioner – 83.3%

Across all apprenticeships, Performance Through People achieved an overall success rate of 73.43% for 2024 – 2025. When compared with the national average of 65.4%, these results clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of our delivery model and the value of the support we provide to both learners and employers.

Behind these figures are real people – apprentices who have shown determination and resilience, employers who have invested in developing their workforce, and expert teams who are passionate about delivering meaningful, high-impact training.

Reflecting on the results, Rob Colbourne, CEO of Performance Through People, said:
